This training aims to provide Executive Assistants with a comprehensive understanding of board work, from its strategic importance to the practical and statutory aspects of its implementation. Through lectures, discussions and practical exercises, participants will gain knowledge and tools to effectively support the board and contribute to the organization's success.

The Executive Assistant's Role: How you as an Executive Assistant can support and streamline the board's work.
Discussion: Exchange of experiences and challenges in the role of support to the board.
 

11:00 – 12:00 Inspiration: The Executive Assistant as the Pillar of the Board

Lecture: An inspiring session highlighting the Executive Assistant's critical role in board work and how you can maximize your contribution.
Question time: Opportunity to ask questions and discuss with the lecturer.
 

12:00 – 13:00 Lunch and Networking

Enjoy a delicious lunch and continue to network with other participants.
 

13:15 – 15:15 Block 2: Compliance and Practical Work

Compliance Basics: A review of the laws and regulations that govern the board's work.
Practical Work: A deep dive into the practical aspects of board work, including documentation and record keeping. (Link to more information: Meetings and Minutes)
Practice: Practical exercises based on real scenarios.
 

15:30 – 17:30 Block 3: Workshop – Strategies for Effective Board work

Group work: Participants are divided into groups to discuss and develop strategies to deal with common challenges in board work.
Presentation: Each group presents their solutions and insights.
Feedback: Joint discussion and feedback from the training leader.
 

17:30 – 18:00 Pre-drink

A moment to relax, reflect on today's content and continue networking.
 

18:00 Dinner and Continued Networking

End the day with a nice dinner and the opportunity to continue the discussions in a more relaxed environment.
