Do you want to own and accelerate growth in one of Europe’s most distinctive iGaming markets – with a clear commercial mandate, strong performance focus and the backing of experienced central teams?
We are now looking for a Senior Country Manager for Finland with proven experience from the Finnish iGaming / betting market. This is a highly commercial, hands-on role focused on growth, profitability and execution, working closely with central teams across marketing, CRM, product and analytics.
The role comes with clear commercial accountability and performance ownership, while allowing you to focus on execution and impact rather than carrying full P/L responsibility.

Your mission
As Senior Country Manager for Finland, you will:
Drive commercial performance in the Finnish market together with central specialist teams
Own growth initiatives based on CPA-driven budgets and LTV optimisation
Lead and optimise performance against clear KPIs, including:
NGR
RMA
Deposits
Retention
CPA
Act as a strong commercial stakeholder and requirement-setter towards marketing, CRM, affiliates and product
Ensure delivery in a matrix organisation, achieving results through cross-functional teams
Leverage deep local market insight to maximise impact across:
Local acquisition channels
Affiliates
Payment behaviours
Player preferences and cultural nuances
What we are looking for
Must-have experience
Proven operational experience in Finland within iGaming / betting
(e.g. Country Manager, Growth, Commercial or Performance roles)
Deep understanding of:
Finnish players and culture
Local marketing channels
Affiliate landscape
Payment methods and player behaviour
Hands-on experience managing CPA-based budgets and LTV optimisation
Strong track record of driving performance against commercial KPIs
Ability to deliver results through others in a complex, matrix setup
Fluent in Finnish and English
