Key Account Manager – Eastern Europe

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated “hunter” with strong business acumen and technical understanding – ready to take commercial responsibility for our clients expansion in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment in Eastern Europe. This role is central to their long-term growth strategy, with a clear goal of significantly increasing their presence and market share in Europe by 2028.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and establishing new business in the region – with a focus on QSR chains and their franchisees- Corporate stakeholders, both regional and central decision-makers, service and installation partners involved in restaurant operations. You are expected to independently manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, supported by CKV's technical team and marketing. You create your own opportunities and build long-term relationships in a segment where CKV's already established but with significant untapped potential.


Your Background

  • Preferably 5 years of experience in new customer acquisition (hunter role) within technical B2B environments.

  • Experience in sales to/from QSR chains, convenience retail, or multisite customers

  • Understanding of franchise models and how to navigate such organizations

  • Technically competent (e.g., HVAC, ventilation, building technology, or energy solutions)

  • Fluent in English is required.

  • A language from Eastern Europe (e.g., Polish or Czech) is highly meritorious


Personal Attributes

  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and persistent – you build business from scratch

  • Structured and used to work with CRM, sales budgets, and long-term pipelines

  • Relationship builder with strong business sense and communication skills

  • Comfortable with regular travel within the region (approx. 50–70 travel days/year)


Location

  • Fixed location in Eastern Europe, for example in Poland, Czech Republic, or Slovakia

  • Possibility to work from home within the region
