We are looking for....... Our client's Gaming Team at Glitnor is responsible for providing customers with the greatest gaming experience across our brands in each of the supported markets. As the Service Delivery Manager for Games, you will be working as part of the Games team and will be responsible for executing the technical roadmap for all games across the platform for our casino vertical. What will you be doing?
Taking a team lead role for the technical games team.
Execute the technical roadmap for Games.
Ownership of the Games catalogue and Games release process.
Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
Supporting the Commercial Games Manager with Casino lobby games ordering and optimization.
Stay updated with the latest regulations to ensure full compliance.
Game Releases; assisting with admin, certifications, launching, and testing of new games.
Stay informed and ahead of the latest product trends in the market.
Contributing to UX optimization/New Features Brainstorming.
Support the CRM planning and execution.
What we would like to see from you?
Experience working with the iGaming industry, with knowledge in casino games.
Good level of experience and understanding of technical integration processes.
Excellent people skills - you actively enjoy training and mentoring junior team members.
Strong organisational skills, coupled with a can-do attitude and flexible approach.
Self-driven, curious, and eager to make an impact by making things happen.
Experience in dealing with third-party-provided services.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
