SENIOR HR-PARTNER STOCKHOLM OFFICE

Our client is a fast-growing I-gaming company with offices in Malta and Stockholm. The HR team in Stockholm is growing and we are looking for a driven SENIOR HR-Partner to join the group. What will you be doing?


As an HR Partner, your role will be crucial in supporting the company's human resources function and ensuring effective management of its workforce. You will work closely with the HR team, senior management, and employees to provide strategic HR guidance and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals


HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Conduct thorough HR needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and propose relevant initiatives.

  • Participate in workforce planning activities, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.

  • Promote a positive work culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, surveys, and team-building activities.

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, facilitating resolution and promoting a harmonious work environment.

Performance Management and Development:

  • Collaborate with managers to establish performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Support the development and implementation of employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans.

HR Compliance and Policies:

  • Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance.

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to employees and ensuring consistent adherence.

  • Assist with HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, employee handbooks, and disciplinary records.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).

  • Proven experience as an HR Partner or HR Generalist, preferably within the iGaming industry or a similar fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, and handle sensitive information.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present HR data effectively.

  • Excellent English skills
