CRO / REVENUE MANAGER - ATENGA INSIGHTS - STOCKHOLM

We are looking for a super driven CRO / REVENUE MANAGER!

Atenga Insights is a dynamic and rapidly growing Pricing Insights company with a unique SaaS solution for delivering rapid and high-value insights about customers' true willingness-to-pay to maximize sales and profits for our clients. As part of the continued expansion, Atenga Insights is currently looking for an CRO / Revenue Manager for the Nordic market to join our team and play a key part in the development of our commercial activities.

Responsibilities: This exciting role encompasses the following responsibilities:

  • Goal: Increase the revenue & LTV on or customers

  • Responsible: for establishing and driving sales activities for our software products

  • Find opportunities: use a range of research methods to give us a better understanding of our customers’ goals, needs and behaviours. This means using a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research

  • Create hypotheses: use insights from your own research and gather ideas from stakeholders to form strong, testable hypotheses. Write experiment plans, establish KPIs, determine valuable metrics and design meaningful tests that add value and insights

  • Run experiments: use your knowledge of statistics and data to identify the difference between noise in the data and a real result. Use experimentation to give us deep and accurate insights into customer behaviour. Ensure that tests are designed to maximise insights into who our customers are and how they behave

  • Coordinate and collaborate: work alongside colleagues (in dev, business and SEO)

  • Build: create landing pages running A/B tests with various marketing channels

  • Share: engage people around the business in CRO. We want to create a culture of experimentation and sharing successes, failures and stories helps us to do that. You’ll present, discuss and hold workshops with stakeholders and senior management

  • Decreasing: churn


Job requirements Valuable experience working in CRO, UX or analytics roles

  • A good understanding of how websites are built (HTML, CSS, JS)

  • An organised and methodical approach to CRO

  • A good knowledge of statistics. This means understanding sample sizes, statistical power, significance and when an experiment result is meaningful

  • Experience sketching and wireframing to convey design ideas

  • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

  • A passion for innovation, technology and CRO
