Epicenter is an international company founded in Stockholm 2015, that in 2018 expanded into Oslo and Helsinki.

Epicenter is managed by local operation teams as well as an international support team. We’re now looking for a CTO to join the international team, to support the development of Epicenter’s business and operations for all markets.

This is an exciting position for a tech-savvy person with an entrepreneurial spirit, great leadership skills and an interest for developing IT operations and strategy.

Focus areas for the position:

· IT for the group (all markets) including business systems, software, integrations, IT infrastructure such as internet, AV equipment, access control as well as responsibilities for IT suppliers and SLA’s

Other parts of the scope:

· Work closely with local Country Managers that run local operations and IT support resources

· Responsible for IT strategy and IT support systems, tools and suppliers

· Managing IT suppliers and SLA’s

· Project management of IT related projects

· Drive the agenda for what systems and IT infrastructure we should have as group

Qualities:

· A dynamic and entrepreneurial candidate that wants to be part of building and developing our IT structure

· Hands-on attitude

· Pro-active

· Strategic mindset with a “do:er” skillset

· Be great at translating business requirements to IT and system requirements

Previous experience:

· System development and system integrations

· Web development projects

· Of running IT operations in multiple countries

· Coding experience is a huge plus

· Reports to Group CEO

· Position based in Stockholm

· Expect occasional travel to the operating markets
