Affiliate Manager - Igaming Stockholm

You will report to Head of Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Seeking new, and optimizing existing affiliate partnerships to drive sales/Identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners
Building relationships and maximising performance from existing affiliates/Communicating regularly
Negotiation of deals, promotions and incentives with affiliates
Identify key affiliates and work closely with them to build relationships, generate further exposure and increase revenue
Review and restructure existing deals where necessary so as to ensure they are efficiently structured and commercially viable (?)
Plan affiliate events and meetings with third party networks so as to strengthen relationships and grow existing business in addition to acquisition
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities of growth
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing
Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge and experience with online casino products
Experience working towards LATAM / North America and/or knowing Spanish is an asset
Online Gaming Affiliate Marketing experience
Outgoing approachable person
Experience of working in a sales-orientated and target driven environment is essential
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good negotiation skills
Ability to build excellent working relationships internally and externally
Attention to detail
Highly enthusiastic and motivated
Able to multi-task and meet key deadlines and targets
Demonstrate a can-do approach both mentality and in attitude
Experience working towards Ontario,LATAM and/or knowing Spanish is an asset
Understanding of third-party marketing is advantageous, but not essential.
